Glue the self-adhesive quick-fastening mechanism in a ring binder.
The paper and the plastic cover strip are placed over the 2 stitching tongues, then the 2 sides of the stitching tongues are pushed downwards. Finally, the rail is pushed over the plastic cover strip, not glued.
